Eastern Orthodox Fasting and Coffee Hour

In addition to fasting during the week on Wednesdays and Fridays, and the four major fasts during the year, Orthodox Christians refrain from any food or drink before receiving Holy Communion. Frederica talks a little about this (and about coffee hour which is held after liturgy) in this video.
